Reserving your exhibition area in Made in Steel is easy. See if your company belongs to the trade categories accepted at the event and follow the instructions below to register your application.
To prepare your cost estimate, carefully enter your data in the Registration document. Remember that all fields must be completed and accurate information will lead to a correct registration process. After sending the form, you will receive a message in your email box confirming your application.
2. SEND PERSONAL DATA
Clicking on the link in the email will give direct access to the preparation of a cost estimate. To continue, you need to enter the right Username and Password that were sent to you, and that you should keep to access your reserved area.
3.PREPARATION OF COST ESTIMATE
Select your preferred stand from the interactive map. You can select all the stands you need, closing the open dialogue window and selecting another stand. If you select more than one stand, the pricing will have an increase in relation to the effective number of free sides. Real-time information will keep you updated on selected costs and sizes. You can change your selections at any time, cancelling previous ones. When you are sure the stand you selected is right for you, confirm your reservation.
4. MAKE YOUR RESERVATION OFFICIAL
Made in Steel will send you a confirmation mail, with a detailed summary of your reservation, contract and payment terms.
Your reservation will ONLY be validated after checking the “ISVAP Circular Letter” and filling the “Application form”, both attached to this email.
From this moment, you have 10 days to finalize your order, by paying the advance fee.
If no payment is received within 10 days, the option will expire and the exhibition area will be automatically put back on sale.
ATTENTION: pre-furnished is binding for stand with an area equal to or less than 32 square meters. (Click here to see the options of pre-furnished booth equipment).

5.ACCESS TO THE RESERVED AREA
Enter the username and password you received in the registration mail and get access to the area reserved for you in our website. From there you can do the following:
- download the necessary forms for your participation in the event;
- by a few simple steps, purchase co-exhibitors, represented firms and other ancillary services (ads in the catalogue, photo shoots during the event, speakers’ corner..);
- access the online catalogue area of the event and add descriptions and pictures to best present your company to current and prospective customers.
