Made in Steel strengthens its position as a reference event not only for the quality of its content and networking opportunities, but also for its commitment to transparency, credibility, and sustainability.

Based on certified data from its eleventh edition, Made in Steel has obtained renewal of its ISO 25639 certification, issued by ISF Cert. This recognition guarantees the accuracy and transparency of trade fair statistics. The ISF – Institute for the Certification of Trade Fair Statistics – was created in 2005 by the main trade associations in the Italian trade fair sector (AEFI, CFI, CFT/Assomostre) and Unioncamere. Its aim is to establish an internationally recognised and certified system.

For the second consecutive edition, Made in Steel has also obtained the ISO 20121 certification, issued by RINA, for the sustainable design and management of the event. The international ISO 20121 standard outlines the requirements for a sustainable event management system, aligning with ESG principles (environmental, social, and governance).
Since the tenth edition in 2023, Made in Steel has embarked on a concrete journey aimed at reducing environmental impact, enhancing social value, and promoting virtuous behaviors among exhibitors and visitors. The eleventh edition was also designed and organized in accordance with these criteria, successfully passing the annual maintenance audit.

Sustainable mobility, inclusivity, and community engagement: for Made in Steel, sustainability is not a one-off goal, but a continuous journey, comprised of daily and tangible choices.

These two certifications represent a double achievement: on the one hand, data transparency and the reliability of the exhibition offer; on the other, responsibility in sustainable event management.
