Made in Steel, together with the staff of siderweb - The Italian steel community wants to express its support to the entire steel industry, which is facing a difficult moment. A situation that can, however, become an incentive to face the challenges of the near future.
"Our belief - said Emanuele Morandi, president of Made in Steel - is that only together, only through the union of the supply chain, the Italian and global steel industry will be able to recover from the crisis generated by the current health emergency. Steel - he continued - is the backbone of the manufacturing industry. It is therefore essential that the steel industry starts again as soon as possible, but with a new impetus. We need a different approach, with economic and political collaboration as a key element. Without forgetting the importance of issues related to innovation and sustainability, decisive factors especially in dealing with extraordinary and particularly delicate situations like the one we have been experiencing for a month now".
These are the concepts on which Made in Steel is working, and which will be the themes of the ninth edition, to be held at fieramilano Rho on 17-18-19 March 2021.
We will soon communicate more information for exhibitors and visitors.
Together we will succeed. Stay tuned!
