RIVECOGENERALSIDER S.p.A. (RGS), in over 60 years, has become a leading industrial group focused in the supply of products and services to the companies of the energy and infrastructure industries. RGS is specialized in the manufacturing of longitudinally HFW carbon steel pipes for gas, oil, hydrogen, water transportation at low, medium and high pressure, as well as structural purposes in accordance with the main international standards ISO-API-EN-ASTM-ASME from diam. 88,9 up to diam. 610,0 mm, wall thickness up to 20,0 mm and length up to 16 meters. Other area of specialization is the application of anticorrosion coatings and linings such as: 3LPE, 3LPP, FBE, epoxy varnishes for gas and water, cement mortar lining, rock-shield mechanical protection, thermal insulation and thermoplastic resins. The pipes size range for coatings and linings is from 1” up to 70”. A special section is represented by the concrete overweighting (CWC) and application of sacrificial anodes for off-shore pipelines, for which the Company developed an extensive know-how being one of the main companies all over the world to perform the concrete overweighting.
