Active since 1977 within the SIAD Group, ESA S.p.A offers comprehensive and sustainable combustion solutions for metallurgy, focusing on efficiency, the use of hydrogen, oxygen, blends and liquid biofuels. ESA: - Is headquartered in Italy with branches in Belgium, India, Germany, and China, along with approximately 30 dealers. - Is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified, adheres to L. 231 (ethic code), and publishes a sustainability report. - Is associated with CICOF/ANIMA and CECOF (Italian and European Committees of Furnace Manufacturers), holding their Presidency and Vice-Presidency, and is part of Confindustria's Energy Transition Group. - Has two experts participating in ISO committees working on integrating EN746 into ISO3577. ESA offers 40 families of burners for NG, LPG, hydrogen, oxygen, process gases, light and heavy oils, focusing on low-emission technologies: self-recuperative, regenerative, radiant tubes, and Oxyfuel up to 20 MW. It also offers a complete range of certified instruments: burner controls and communication systems, pressure regulators, servomotors, valves and solenoids, mixers, and accessories. ESA assembles skids with PLCs and control panels, LPG or multi-gas mixing stations with or without calorimeters, hydrogen, or Oxyfuel skids, HNx mixing stations, metering skids for biomethane. ESA boasts a unique R&D test center at European level, with 7 furnaces to test burners up to 4 MW, atmospheric analyzers, CFD software, and hydrogen lines with ATEX bunker, oxygen tanks with evaporator, and tanks for special liquid fuels.
