Founded in 2009 in Lugano, Trasteel Group has grown from a steel trading company into an international industrial group, today active in the steel and energy sectors. Over the years, the Group has built a complete value chain, combining the trading of raw materials and semi-finished products with direct industrial investments, allowing it to follow steel from slab to finished product, supported by tailor-made logistics and financial services for its partners.
At Made in Steel, Trasteel will be present alongside several Group companies, attending as co-exhibitors. Officine Tecnosider showcases its production of hot rolled plates for the construction, engineering and shipbuilding industries, while the Profilmec Group, a long-established manufacturer of cold-formed steel tubes and profiles, presents solutions for automotive, furniture, window-frame and agricultural applications through its companies Profilmec and Ispadue. Tamac rounds out the journey with its cutting-to-size service for hot rolled, cold rolled and coated coils, strips and sheets. Together, these companies reflect the Group's ability to support steel throughout its entire transformation chain.
