'Anyone who stops learning is an old man, whatever his age'. Henry Ford's aphorism conveys a double point of view. The individual one: we are in the field in the first person, each one of us, always. The institutional one: companies, organisations and bodies must offer tools and skills to foster growth. Which will be both subjective and collective. Talent is born from the successful merging of these polarities. And it exists inside the heads and hearts of people (of any age). However, training also means stepping into the arena of passions. Because, in the end, it is the desire to know that drives us to learn.
