Major national steel players have confirmed their presence, and for the first time since the start of the pandemic they will be able to meet in person at the main Conference & Exhibition in Southern Europe dedicated to the steel industry, titled "Reinaissance - Here begins the steel rebirth".

[:en]Flero (Brescia), 16 September 2021 – Reality exceeds expectations: despite the difficulties due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which has inevitably led to a lower number of international exhibitors, the exhibition areas of the ninth edition of Made in Steel are almost sold out.

This trend is in line with the previous edition in 2019 and reflects the high expectations of the national and southern European steel industry for the event. Made in Steel will be the first exhibition in Europe dedicated to steel operators since the outbreak of the pandemic.

All major national players have confirmed their massive presence and there is a good representation of international companies, with some "big" ones, with Turkey ranking first  as the foreign country with the highest number of exhibitors.

Given these positive premises, the main Conference & Exhibition of Southern Europe dedicated to the steel industry is preparing to open its ninth edition in Halls 9 and 11 of fieramilano Rho (Milan),  from 5 to 7 October.

MADE IN STEEL IN PARTIAL CONCURRENCE WITH EMO MILANO AND VITRUM - Made in Steel will take place in partial concomitance with two important international trade fairs: EMO MILANO 2021 (4-9 October), the world machine tool exhibition hosted alternately by Italy and Germany, and VITRUM (5-8 October), the specialised international exhibition of machinery, equipment and systems for processing flat and hollow glass, glass and processed products. The partial contemporaneity of the three events, which represent three strategic industrial sectors, will increase business and networking opportunities for visitors and exhibitors by multiplying attendance. The permeability of the three international events will facilitate the circulation of visitors in the Rho exhibition centre.
