In 2025, Made in Steel has once again confirmed its support for the I.S.E.O. Summer School in Economics, an international advanced training program organised by the I.S.E.O. Institute dedicated to exploring topical issues affecting international economics and macroeconomics.

This year, the support translated into a scholarship granted to David Prusa, 27, from the Czech Republic, who is currently pursuing a PhD in Economics at the University of Life Sciences in Prague.

Held from June 14 to 21 in the town of Iseo, in Northern Italy, the Summer School brought together 57 participants from 26 countries, representing 40 universities worldwide, fostering a multicultural and intellectually stimulating environment. The theme of the 2025 edition was “Future Prospects for the Global Economy” and featured a distinguished group of international economists, including Nobel Laureate Robert Merton.

Made in Steel – together with siderweb – has supported this prestigious project for over a decade, believing that investing in culture and the next generation is essential to building a more informed and sustainable future.

This initiative is also part of the company’s ongoing efforts to improve its ISO 20121 certification, in line with Sustainable Development Goal No. 4 of the 2030 Agenda: Quality Education.
