Also this year the traditional Made in Steel Awards has recognized the best exhibitors for conveying their message with originality and clarity and for presenting products and services in a compelling and innovative way. It represents a  pivotal ceremony of the Conference & Exhibition for the steel supply chain with a dedicated technical jury since its second edition in 2007.

This year's jury included Francesco Della Torre (Made in Steel), Marco Citterio (expert in the trade fairs) and Giorgio Guidi (art director of the 2021-Made in Steel edition).

The two award categories are Best Communication Stand, recognizing the most successful communication approach, and Most Friendly Stand, awarded to the most welcoming stand for visitors.

This was the first edition of the Honorable Mention for Sustainability, which recognized the most successful exhibitor in giving sustainability and circular economy issues centre stage in the stand set-up. The jury's decision-making process considered choices made during the preparation phase (selection of materials, use of recycled and recyclable materials, repurposing of previously used event materials) and the type of narrative and experience offered to visitors.

The Honorable Mention for Sustainability was awarded to AFV Beltrame Group, with the following motivation: "For having shaped the stand as a contemporary "hortus conclusus", creating a common relaxing environment for social and business interactions, with a strong focus on the environment. The strong visual impact of the company's stand also emerged among the many companies competing for the Mention with sustainable gadgets and a selection of environmentally friendly suppliers such as fitters with a strong commitment to reforestation and catering companies with ongoing protocols for the collection of leftovers ». Barbara Beltrame, Vice President of Confindustria and Head of Communication and Marketing at AFV Beltrame Group, received the award.

The Best Communication Stand prize was granted to La Cisa for "having created an evocative space: a long tunnel crossing the exhibition space. The screens creating the stand space show key company figures, including past achievements and the company's future goals. It's an enticing space, creating a strong connection between La Cisa's core business and the architectural composition of the stand ». Paolo Provenzi, CEO of La Cisa, received the award.

The Most Friendly Stand prize went to Forsteel for "creating an open stand with harmonious interaction between the colours and the screens. The result is an invitation to visitors, who feel welcomed and at ease. Leonardo Manzaro, CEO of Forsteel, receives the award.
